Working to tally all of your votes on my amazing logo options and get the final design nailed down and into place! Thank you for your votes on KP and on Facebook.

Until then… I’ll be taking a few days off in sunny Mexico where I’ll be scoping out local foodie spots and eating lots of spicy cuisine. Tune in for international KP updates!

For now, I’d like to share with you one of my most recent product favorites: Trader Joe’s Smoked Sea Salt.

You can smell the smoky goodness as you grind it on everything from popcorn to peanut butter toast (one of my recent breakfast favorites—sounds weird, but try it and you will see). It kicks up the flavor in stews and soups and ground over roast chicken with rosemary and garlic. Definitely one of my new, go-to seasoning secrets. Note: it smells more smoky than it tastes. Umami delicious.
